Here's the recipe:
40ml Afon Blackberry Mead
1 barspoon Afon Wildflower Honey (switch out for Heather Honey for a richer honey kick)
10ml Beware of the Woods Boutiqueygin Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg white
Muddle honey, blackberry, basil and cracked black pepper. Add other ingredients. Shake and strain over ice
