Here's the recipe:
50ml gin
20ml honey syrup*
Juice of half a lime
Top up with moon juice
5ml Absinthe- optional
Method: Shake first three, pour into a glass filled with ice and top with moon juice. Pour over Absinthe if you like an anise note
