*100ml Afon Mel borage honey, 1 TSP halen Mon vanilla salt, 100ml hibiscus tea. Combine all in a pot and stir over a low heat until combined
1. Shake all ingredients without ice
2. Shake again with ice
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with hibiscus petals
