Here's the recipe:
50ml Afon Mel Heather Honey infused Boutiquey Whisky World Whisky Blend
25ml Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
15ml Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
50ml homemade ginger beer base*
Shake all with ice then top with soda water and serve with slice of lemon and homemade crystallised ginger**
*Extracted byproduct of homemade crystallised ginger
**thinly slice peeled ginger and bring to rolling boil for 10mins in pan with water and sugar then rest for around 20 mins before straining and drying out in a low heat oven before tossing with sugar to coat.
