Recipe is:
50ml @blackbottlewhisky whisky
20ml lemon juice
15ml Apricot liqueur
15ml commandaria (Cypriot dessert wine)
10ml Afon Mêl heather honey syrup (3 parts honey : 1 part water)
Afon Mêl Nectar sparkling honey mead
1. Shake all but the mead
2. Strain into a glass filled highball
3. Top up with the mead, and garnish with some rosemary.
4. Light the rosemary with a match or torch
