- Cabezon Spring Cocktail -

Tastes like:
Fresh, seasonal, light, and effervescent

Spec:

1. 30ml @cabezonbeverage Ru
2. 15ml Passionfruit honey*
3. 15ml @akashitaisake Umesh
4. Juice of half a lemon
5. Top up with @longtailmixers blood orange soda

*equal weights @afonmeluk wildflower honey and passionfruit juice. Can be subbed for pulp of half a passionfruit & 1 heaped tsp honey, loosened with a splash of hot water

Method:
Shake all but the soda with plenty of ice. Strain into a coupe or tumbler filled with ice and top with blood orange soda.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
